Ethan Mizer took an interest in fishkeeping and aquariums at a young age, transforming his love for the hobby into a career in the pet industry. Ethan began his career in journalism for Freshwater and Marine Aquarium Magazine, eventually becoming the managing editor for the publication. He has also covered the aquarium industry for Pet Product News, as managing editor and freelance writer.
Ethan’s interest in aquariums grew as he worked directly with professional aquarists, fishkeeping experts and leaders in the industry. Here, Ethan learned the intricacies of fishkeeping and aquarium maintenance and began keeping more advanced tank systems.
